1 Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and terms used in this document are defined below. These definitions apply throughout the terms.

• "Platform" refers to bu77's website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on bu77.
• "Account" refers to the profile and wallet registered in the user's name.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits provided by bu77, which cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited by the user.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the bu77 platform, users must meet the following conditions.

• The user must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
• The user must agree to these terms voluntarily, without any form of coercion.
• The user must have the personal capacity to enter into a contract and be legally entitled to do so.
• Only one account may be operated per household or per device.

3 Account Registration

When opening an account on bu77, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using a family member's account, or opening an account with someone else's details is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.2 Account Security

Users are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Access must not be granted to third parties. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the bu77 support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If personal details change (phone number, email, payment account), users are responsible for having bu77 update them. bu77 will not be held liable for withdrawal delays or issues caused by outdated information.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

bu77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity in the interest of safe and transparent operations. The following documents may be requested during the verification process.

• A copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay account verification).

bu77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. If a user submits false documents, the account will be permanently closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds on bu77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same across all methods).

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed faster.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
• bu77 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if suspicious activity or fraud is suspected.
• The name on the payment account must match the account holder's name at the time of withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

bu77 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳22,000 earns a ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus total). Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by bu77.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• bu77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• If any suspicious pattern is detected in bonus usage, bu77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

bu77 offers sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), slots, live casino, and other gaming services. Each game has specific rules that are displayed when the game is launched.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical error, bu77 will cancel that bet and refund the original amount.
• If a game is in progress when the internet connection is lost, the outcome will be determined according to server logs.

7.2 Fair Play

bu77 ensures fair play across all games. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes using external software or strategies is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

8 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities on the bu77 platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or strategically claiming bonuses).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or hack the system.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fake documents.
• Threatening other users or behaving inappropriately towards platform staff.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bu77

bu77 may immediately suspend or close any account under the following circumstances.

• A violation of any clause in these terms.
• Failure to pass verification or submission of false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• The account holder has been inactive for an extended period (more than 1 year).

9.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact [email protected]. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure (subject to conditions being met).

10 Limitation of Liability

bu77 is not liable for the following.

• Losses caused by issues with the user's internet connection or device.
• Delays or errors arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Unexpected technical disruptions such as server downtime or cyberattacks.
• The user disclosing their login credentials to a third party.

bu77 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. bu77 is not obligated to provide compensation for such periods.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
